The High Court has ordered to maintain the status quo after hearing the petition filed in the High Court regarding the dispute over the ownership of the Idga Maidan in Chamarajpet.
In this background there is no chance to enshrine Ganesha. Bakrid & Ramadan prayers are duly allowed. And the bench headed by Justice Hemant Chandan Gowder has issued an order to use the Chamarajpet Idga space as a playground as well and to wait for the status quo as it was before. And the hearing has been adjourned to September 23.
